Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We are eager to ship your order  IMMEDIATELY.  All  orders will ship the same day or the next business day.  Keep in mind if orders are placed on Saturday, they will not be shipped until Monday.  

All shipments are shipped with a tracking number in order to provide the best quality assurance and information to track your order.  If a shipment is received damaged please contact us IMMEDIATELY to report the damage.  We will replace the damaged item (s) within 72 hrs.

During the holiday season, we will work around the clock in order to make sure your shipment is received in a timely manner.  Keep in mind   because the holiday season is one of the busiest  seasons please understand that some shipments may endure delays.  Our  overall goal is to make sure your shipment is received sooner than later.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because Tea is a Perishable item, unfortunately WE DO NOT EXCEPT RETURNS.

Holiday Shipping

When placing your order please make sure all unit or apartment numbers are added to your order.  We aim to make sure each order is delivered to the correct address  in a timely manner.  This will assist our team with your order arriving to you without any delays.    After your order is placed a  shipping confirmation with tracking number is emailed for you to track your order.  With the high volume of theft, we recommend you track your order to make sure you do not fall victim of your packaging being stolen.
